The owners of the “Nature’s Own” trademark of bakery items sold throughout the U.S., has officially filed a trademark with the USPTO’s Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB), in an attempt to stop Nature’s Path Foods, Inc. from being granted a trademark for its logo “Nature’s Path Organic.” The opposition was filed earlier this week.
